He is also a Director with Torchlight Energy Resources, Inc. (TRCH), AudioEye Inc. (AEYE), reorganized GT Advanced Technologies, was previously Chairman of the Board of Vertis Inc., a director of Island One LLC, and Executive Chairman of DTV America Corporation.
Zyngier is an expert witness in Delaware Bankruptcy Court. He has worked as a Portfolio Manager, investing in public and private distressed opportunities, at Alden Global Capital, Goldman Sachs & Co., and Deutsche Bank Co.
During this time, his focus was on distressed investments representing fulcrum securities in the capital structure. He was also a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. Prior to that, he was the Technical Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, focused on Latin America Beauty Care Products.
He founded Batuta Advisors in 2013 to pursue investment and advisory opportunities in the distressed and turnaround sectors. Zyngier has over 20 years of investment, strategy, and operating experience.
Alexandre Zyngier holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago and a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from UNICAMP in Brazil.

Sachin Om Ohri
Dr. Sachin Om Ohri runs the LDJ Capital Shanghai office and the State One Enterprise relationships and global investments on real estate, finance, media tech, fintech and private equity funding in natural resources. Dr. Ohri has been focusing his recent efforts in technology-based enterprises, commercial real estate and development in both the North American and Asian markets. On the marketing and sales side, Dr. Ohri has spent time as a managing director for both the diamond industry and mobile application platforms in China. Dr. Ohri is from Washington D.C. and completed his Medical Degree in 2011, obtaining both USA medical certification as well as Chinese medical degrees from Tianjin Medical University. After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Ohri started his entrepreneurial ventures in China by starting Ohri Enterprises - mainly selling the distribution rights for medical devices and also fundraising for EB-5 immigration programs in commercial real estate and land development, using outbound investment from China. After spending the two years in private equity of medical devices and fundraising for media tech sectors, Dr. Ohri has become more active with private equity funds, mainly keeping to roots of fundraising but also recently managing some funds in the land development/real estate sectors. Dr. Ohri is active in several charities in Asia and USA, as well as Doctors Beyond Borders in China, while also staying active in the fine arts community of Shanghai, where he has helped established several concerts on Western arts, music and influential exchange with the Far East.

As the founder of the Middle East, Turkey and Africa office of Intel Capital, Feroz ran a team whose objectives were to expand, align and accelerate the frontiers of technology via strategic relationships with companies in the context of driving significant positive financial returns for Intel. In his engagement as a principal investor, Feroz reviewed over 200 deals yearly and led investments in 11 companies and one acquisition (Egypt).
Educated in the US and with work experiences from US, Asia and Europe, Feroz brings a unique global perspective in building businesses. Feroz has been involved in entrepreneurial start-ups in social networking, enterprise software, consumer internet and mobility companies. He has also serves on several boards as an advisor. Regionally, Feroz has build networks with regional PE houses and investment funds to engage in multi-disciplinary investment platforms and he has served as an independent investment committee member at the Etqaan Sharia Fund (TNI/KAMCO). While at Intel Ireland, Feroz worked on three major acquisitions: DSPC ($1.6B acquisition of CDMA chip developer), Xircom ($748m acquisition of Ethernet connectivity provider) and GIGA ($1.25B acquisition of Gigabit Ethernet chip developer). Post his M&A career, Feroz ran a division focusing on growing Intel’s presence in the emerging markets (including Central Eastern Europe, Russia and the Middle East, Turkey and Africa) by leading local footprint setups. This led to Feroz being chosen by Intel leadership to build its private equity and venture capital presence in the Middle East. Feroz founded and opened Intel Capital’s office in Dubai in January of 2008. Feroz holds an electrical engineering degree from The University of Maryland (honors) and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan. Feroz is based in Dubai and provides a bridge for relationships that span the global markets. He is a member of the Abu Dhabi Chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Organization, www.ypo.org), A charter member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs, www.tie.org), An Investment Selection Panelist at Endeavor (www.endeavor.org) and belongs to numerous technical and leadership honor societies.
